Diamond Ranch

A new client, Mary, went horseback riding at the Diamond Ranch. Prior to the ride, Mary signed a liability waiver releasing the Ranch from any liability if she is injured during her ride. While riding at the ranch, Mary gets thrown from her horse and breaks her leg.
