The future of ADR

This week’s lesson compared various types of less common ADR. Consider and comment on the following questions:

1. Considering what you’ve learned in this course so far, would you predict that ADR will be used more or less frequently as a means of resolving disputes in the years ahead? Explain your prediction.

2. Considering your answer to #1, which types of ADR (of those we’ve discussed) do you think will be most popular in the years ahead? Explain your prediction.
