Topic: Think about a time in your professional life (or personal life if you do not have enough job experience), and describe a time when your company’s mission/vision did not align with the goals set for you or your department. Keeping in mind the 3 Ps, people, profit, and planet, how would you have either rewritten the vision/mission or rewritten the goals so that everything was in better alignment? Remember to explain why your suggestions would have worked better.
The thing that doesn’t line up is the 3rd P (planet) we kill trees by using so much paper we are not planet friendly so i would revise the statement by adding some type of planet friendly. Our values i am in line with especially community and service.
